• WHAT IS THE pH LEVEL OF CLEARWATER WATER?

  CLEARWATER water has a pH level of 6.9–7.9, which makes it mild in taste and comfortable for daily consumption.
  pH indicates the acidity or alkalinity of water:
  A value of 7 is neutral
  Less than 7 is acidic
  Greater than 7 is alkaline

• HOW IS CLEARWATER WATER DIFFERENT FROM REGULAR WATER?

  CLEARWATER water is high-quality artesian water purified using modern membrane technologies and remineralized with highly purified mineral salts.
  
  Our purification process ensures the complete removal of harmful impurities that may be present even in artesian water due to soil and well contamination. After purification, we restore beneficial minerals to keep the water safe and healthy for the body. CLEARWATER is ideal for:

• What water purification system does the company CLEARWATER use, and what stages does the water go through?

  CLEARWATER water goes through a multi-stage purification system that ensures its safety and high quality:
  1. Ultraviolet disinfection – removes bacteria and viruses at the initial stage.
  2. Filtration through specialized cartridges – eliminates iron, manganese, hydrogen sulfide, and salts that cause scale. 3. Molecular-level membrane filtration – deep purification from organic and toxic substances, heavy metals, and remaining bacteria and viruses.
  
  This system guarantees clean water, making it safe and pleasant for daily consumption.

• What distinguishes the types of CLEARWATER water: classic, iodized, and fluoridated?

  CLEARWATER offers three types of water, each with its own characteristics:
  1. Classic water – contains physiologically essential macroelements (calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, chlorides, bicarbonates) in minimal, safe amounts for the body.
  2. Iodized water – classic water with added iodine to support thyroid health.
  3. Fluoridated water – classic water with added fluoride to strengthen teeth and help prevent cavities.
  
  Thus, all types of CLEARWATER water are safe and beneficial, and the added minerals allow you to choose the water according to your body’s needs.

• Is distilled water included in the product range?

  No, distilled water is not included in our product range. However, we offer demineralized water, which differs from distilled water by having a higher mineral content.
  The water undergoes double membrane filtration (reverse osmosis) and meets the requirements of TU 6709-72 for demineralized water, ensuring its purity and safety.

• Who is iodized and fluoridated water suitable for?

  Iodized water is recommended for people living in regions with low natural iodine levels, such as central and northern parts of Ukraine. Drinking iodized water helps: maintain normal thyroid function; prevent iodine deficiency; and, if necessary, reduce the impact of radioactive iodine on the body.
  
  Fluoridated water is beneficial for strengthening teeth and preventing cavities, as fluoride plays a role in the formation of tooth enamel and bone tissue. The main source of fluoride for the body is drinking water, since its amount in most foods is minimal.
  
  Consuming iodized and fluoridated water is especially important for children, adults, and people with increased needs for these trace elements.

• Are there any restrictions on consuming iodized or fluoridated water?

  If you are already taking supplements with iodine (for thyroid conditions) or fluoride (for cavity prevention), additional consumption of iodized or fluoridated water may lead to an overdose and is not recommended.
  
  In other cases, there are no restrictions. Iodized water supports normal thyroid function. Fluoridated water helps strengthen teeth and prevent cavities.

• Where is CLEARWATER water produced?

  CLEARWATER water is produced at the company’s own facilities in the Kyiv region, Bucha district, Mila village, 23-b Komarova Street, west of Kyiv.
  This area is characterized by a minimal level of pollution: groundwater in this region is not affected by industrial or household waste for hundreds of kilometers upstream in the direction of water flow. This ensures the natural purity of the source even before the stages of production and filtration.

• How long does the water storage?

  The shelf life of CLEARWATER water is 3 months, provided that storage conditions are followed: in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and chemicals.

• What is the depth of the CLEARWATER well, and why is it important?

  CLEARWATER water is sourced from a depth of 130 meters from the Cenomanian aquifer, ensuring its natural purity and stable mineral composition, making it safe and beneficial for daily consumption.

• Does the CLEARWATER use reverse osmosis in water treatment?

  Yes, reverse osmosis is used in the production of CLEARWATER water, allowing for a high level of purification. The key element of this process is a thin-film membrane that allows only water molecules and some dissolved gases to pass through, while all other impurities — heavy metal salts, organic substances, and bacteria — are retained.
  
  Reverse osmosis is a proven drinking water purification technology that has been used worldwide since the 1970s, ensuring clean and safe water for everyday consumption.

• Are preservatives or additives used in the water?

  No, CLEARWATER water does not contain preservatives or chemical additives. Its long shelf life is ensured by a high level of purification from bacteria, microorganisms, and organic compounds.
  
  During bottling, the water, containers, and caps are disinfected with ozone, which converts into regular oxygen within 6–10 hours, additionally enriching the water with oxygen.

• What is the composition of Clearwater (18.9 L)?

  CLEARWATER water has a mineralization of about 100 mg/L. Its composition includes the main ions: calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, bicarbonates, chlorides, and additionally fluoride (in fluoridated water) and iodine (in iodized water).
  This balanced composition provides a pleasant taste and benefits for the body, making the water suitable for daily consumption.

• Where do the minerals in water come from?

  The minerals for Clearwater water are sourced from Europe, mainly from Germany, in the form of highly purified salts (99.8–100%). They appear as crystals similar to table salt and are added to the water to restore beneficial elements after deep purification, providing a balanced taste and health benefits.

• Is Clearwater water suitable for children, pregnant women, and people with special needs?

  Thanks to its balanced mineral composition, CLEARWATER water is suitable for daily consumption at any age, including children and pregnant women. For people with certain health conditions who are advised by doctors to limit salt intake, our product can also be recommended, as it contains a minimal amount of salts while still preserving the water’s benefits and taste.

• Is it allowed to refill a Clearwater bottle outside the factory?

  All CLEARWATER bottles are sealed with a branded cap showing the bottling date and time, which cannot be removed without damage, and are additionally protected with shrink-wrap. This ensures that refilling the bottle outside the factory is impossible, keeping the product original and safe.

  The quality of Clearwater water is regularly monitored by official and scientific institutions:
