Our bottles are made of polycarbonate — a durable and chemically inert material widely used for storing drinking water. It does not interact with water, so it does not affect its composition, taste, or quality. The material complies with sanitary standards and is safe for health when used properly.

Polycarbonate bottles can be used for up to 60 cycles, provided they are undamaged and remain in proper condition. Each bottle undergoes regular inspection and sanitation.

Unlike PET plastic, polycarbonate can withstand high temperatures, is more durable, and is suitable for repeated use. That is why we use exclusively polycarbonate bottles.

All bottles returned by customers undergo a multi-stage preparation process before reuse. First, the caps are removed, a visual inspection is carried out, and any damaged or worn bottles are discarded.

Next, the bottles undergo an automated inspection for microcracks, after which they are sent for washing: cleaning with an alkaline solution, disinfection, and final rinsing with purified ozonated water. All processes comply with ISO 9001 quality management system standards, ensuring proper handling and processing of every bottle.

The main difference is in ease of use: bottles with handles are easier to carry and set up. The water volume in both options is the same — 18.9 L (5 gallons). We prefer bottles with handles as they are more convenient for daily use.

All bottles are filled to the standard volume and undergo quality control before shipment. If a bottle appears not full, it may be due to a slight loss of water during transportation. Most often, the cause is microcracks or damage resulting from mechanical impact, as well as possible defects in the cap.

Such damage may be invisible externally but can appear during transportation or temperature changes. Important: if a bottle appears not full or is suspected to be damaged, do not place it on the cooler. In this case, we recommend contacting customer support for a prompt replacement.

Shrink wrap is a protective element that seals the bottle neck. It confirms the product’s authenticity and protects against possible tampering. Additionally, shrink wrap provides hygienic protection, reducing dust exposure and contact with surfaces during transportation. The company’s logo is printed on the wrap. Shrink wrap is applied automatically at the final stage of production. If a bottle is delivered without it, we recommend contacting customer support for a replacement.

The cap color helps quickly identify the type of water in the bottle:
Blue — classic water
White — fluoridated water
Yellow — iodized water

This is a convenient way to easily distinguish products by type.

1. Remove the shrink wrap by pulling the designated tab. 2. Pull the tab at the bottom of the cap and cut along the edge.
3. Grab the torn section and lift the cap upward until fully removed.
The process requires no additional tools and takes just a few seconds.

No, distilled water is not included in our product range. However, we offer demineralized water, which differs from distilled water by having a higher mineral content.
The water undergoes double membrane filtration (reverse osmosis) and meets the requirements of TU 6709-72 for demineralized water, ensuring its purity and safety.

Iodized water is recommended for people living in regions with low natural iodine levels, such as central and northern parts of Ukraine. Drinking iodized water helps: maintain normal thyroid function; prevent iodine deficiency; and, if necessary, reduce the impact of radioactive iodine on the body.

Fluoridated water is beneficial for strengthening teeth and preventing cavities, as fluoride plays a role in the formation of tooth enamel and bone tissue. The main source of fluoride for the body is drinking water, since its amount in most foods is minimal.

Consuming iodized and fluoridated water is especially important for children, adults, and people with increased needs for these trace elements.

If you are already taking supplements with iodine (for thyroid conditions) or fluoride (for cavity prevention), additional consumption of iodized or fluoridated water may lead to an overdose and is not recommended.

In other cases, there are no restrictions. Iodized water supports normal thyroid function. Fluoridated water helps strengthen teeth and prevent cavities.

The choice depends on which type of water you prefer: regular or sparkling.

A pump and a dispenser are two simple and economical ways to use CLEARWATER each with its own advantages and disadvantages.

The pump is placed on the neck of the bottle after removing the cap and dispenses water at room temperature. It can be mechanical, where water is obtained by pressing the top of the pump, or electric, with automatic dispensing via a button. The main advantage of the pump is that the bottle does not need to be inverted, and the device requires less frequent cleaning. The downside is that pumping the water requires effort, which can make it difficult for children to use, and as the water level decreases, the process becomes even harder.

The dispenser is a ceramic or plastic-ceramic container onto which an inverted bottle with an open cap is placed. Water is dispensed through a tap, allowing it to be poured in small portions or into larger containers by holding the lever. The advantage of the dispenser is that it is very easy to pour water, but installing a full 19-kg bottle requires strength and dexterity. In addition, contact of the water with air increases the likelihood of microbes and biofilm formation, so the inner walls of the dispenser should be washed every two weeks, and any remaining water should be emptied.

The pump is convenient for use in offices or small spaces for quick access to water, while the dispenser is better suited for home use, where convenient pouring and an aesthetic appearance are important.

A mini cooler, or desktop cooler, is placed on a stand, table, or cabinet. Most often, it uses electronic cooling, which operates almost silently since it does not have a compressor. The downside of this type of cooling is that the water chills more slowly, so a mini cooler is recommended for 3–5 users, with a capacity of about 1 liter per hour (5–6 glasses).

A mini cooler with compressor cooling differs from a regular cooler only in size, retaining full functionality.

The cooler operates in an intermittent mode, meaning most of the energy is used during heating or cooling of the water. If water consumption is low, the cooler only maintains the desired temperature using sensors that automatically turn the heating or cooling on and off, so energy usage is minimal. With active use, when water needs to be frequently cooled or heated, electricity consumption increases.
Average energy consumption is about 1–1.5 kWh per day.

The cooler heats water to 85–92 °C and cools it to 5–15 °C, depending on the type of cooler. Compressor coolers typically chill water to 5–10 °C, while electronically cooled coolers reach 8–15 °C.
It should be noted that the cooler has a certain heating and cooling capacity, which depends on the ambient temperature and determines how much hot or cold water can be obtained per hour. Cooling capacity (water below 12 °C):

Heating capacity (above 85 °C): no more than 5–6 L of hot water per hour.

The floor coolers have hot and cold capacity of 1.5 liters each.

In the mini-coolers cold tank capacity is of 0.5 to 1 liter, 0.5 liter tank of hot.

Turning off the cooler at night or on weekends is only recommended for saving electricity. For this, it is advisable to use a special PowerDown timer, which allows the cooler to be automatically switched on and off at the desired times. From a safety perspective, leaving the cooler on overnight or over the weekend does not pose more risk than a refrigerator.

Turning it off for a longer period (one week or more) is not recommended, as bacteria can quickly multiply in room-temperature water, which may lead to unpleasant odors or taste. In this case, several options are possible:
• leave the cooler turned on;
• use the PowerDown timer and set a minimal number of operating hours;
• drain the water from the tanks after turning off the cooler: cold water through the tap, hot water through the drain hole on the back panel;
• after a prolonged shutdown, the cooler can be sent to us for sanitary cleaning before use.

Sanitary cleaning of coolers is carried out in several stages. External parts that do not come into contact with water are cleaned with chlorine-free household detergents — TM NovaClean IND C102. Components that contact water are treated with special chemical agents based on natural minerals — TM NovaClean IND N101 (a neutral foaming cleaning agent for manual washing of equipment containers).
After this, each cooler is disinfected with a NovaClean IND M108 solution and flushed with purified water to ensure complete safety and cleanliness before reuse.

No, the cooler does not purify water. It is recommended to use only CLEARWATER bottled water with it, not tap or well water.

No, the cooler does not boil water; it only heats it to 85–92 °C, which is sufficient for brewing tea, coffee, or preparing quick meals. Boiling is necessary to kill bacteria and remove temporary water hardness that causes scale. CLEARWATER does not require this, as it is pre-sterilized and microbiologically monitored, and its hardness is low, so no scale forms.
Because it does not boil water, the cooler can be safely used only with bottled water, not tap or well water.

The cooler heats water to 85–92 °C — a temperature sufficient for brewing tea, instant coffee, or preparing quick meals. If more than 5 people fill water consecutively, the temperature of the last glass may be slightly lower. In this case, it is recommended to wait a few minutes for the cooler to reheat the water, or, if needed, to order an additional cooler.

If a higher temperature closer to boiling is required for certain drinks, it is recommended to use additional equipment, such as a kettle or Turkish coffee pot. If the water clearly does not heat and remains only warm, you should contact customer support for inspection and servicing of the cooler at the company’s service workshop.

The sparkling water cooler is equipped with a 3 kg carbon dioxide (CO2) cylinder. Each serving of sparkling water contains about 2 g of CO2, so one cylinder is enough for 1,000–1,500 servings, or about 200 L of sparkling water (approximately 10 bottles).

For example, if there are 5 people in an office and each drinks 2 glasses of sparkling water per day (0.4 L per person), daily consumption is 2 L. At this rate, the cylinder will last approximately 100 days, or nearly 4–5 months assuming 22 working days per month.

The cooler’s capacity depends on the amount of water consumed for beverages. For a large floor-standing cooler, one serving of tea (200 ml) is enough for 3–5 people, while a serving of coffee (100 ml) serves 6–8 people.

A mini cooler is designed for fewer users: tea — 2 people, coffee — 3–4 people. Therefore, the choice of cooler should be made based on the number of people and the frequency of hot beverage consumption.

1. No bubbles appear in the glass when dispensing sparkling water.
2. The CO2 indicator on the front panel of the cooler stays lit.
In this case, the cylinder needs to be replaced to restore the carbonation of the water.
